Moving to a new area can be either a very exciting transition, a frightening proposition, or both, depending on a number of factors.
A common issue that arises for people relocating for whatever reason, is needing to establish a new social circle and relationships. Determining where and how to meet people can be challenging sometimes, and for some people establishing a new social network can be very intimidating. Some people find it distressing or even overwhelming to have to learn about a new area, and while those feelings are totally normal, it's also important to move forward with creating a new life.
